Impact Café Series – 2025

From Issue to Impact: Impact Design, Outcomes Measurement & Community-Based Initiative Planning

Do you have a great idea, a big challenge to tackle, or a project underway — but feel like you’re not quite sure how to show the difference it makes?

The Impact Café Series is your invitation to sit down, grab a cuppa, and work through the ‘how’ of creating positive change. Whether you’re shaping a new initiative, preparing a grant application, or looking to strengthen your approach to outcomes measurement and reporting, this workshop will equip you with the tools, language, and confidence to turn issues into impact.

This practical, hands-on session will explore:
☕ How to define the real-world change you’re working towards
☕ How to design initiatives with clear outcomes in mind
☕ How to use logic models and theories of change to map your pathway to success
☕ Simple, meaningful ways to measure progress and tell your impact story well

You’ll walk away with a clearer sense of purpose, and tools to help your projects demonstrate real value — to your funders, your partners, your community, and most importantly, to yourselves.
