This FREE hands-on session is designed specifically for organisations working in the women's interests and gender equity sector. Whether you're delivering programs, advocating for systemic change, supporting women experiencing disadvantage, promoting leadership and participation, or advancing gender equality in your community, this workshop will help you strengthen your project ideas, sharpen your funding story, and build confidence in demonstrating meaningful impact.

Together, we'll explore how to move from identifying an issue to designing initiatives that create lasting change for women, girls and gender-diverse people.

Melanie Bainbridge is a social impact, arts and sustainability professional with over 20 years' experience in strategy, policy and community engagement. As Senior Manager, Impact Design & Capability at Lotterywest, she helps organisations design and demonstrate meaningful impact. Mel has worked extensively with government, not-for-profit and community organisations to develop strategies focused on equity, wellbeing, sustainability and social change. She is passionate about helping people turn complex challenges into practical action and supporting organisations to tell compelling stories about the difference they make in their communities.
