Join Lotterywest and the Office of Women's Interests for a practical Impact Café: From Issue to Impact workshop

This FREE hands-on session is designed specifically for organisations working in the women's interests and gender equity sector. Whether you're delivering programs, advocating for systemic change, supporting women experiencing disadvantage, promoting leadership and participation, or advancing gender equality in your community, this workshop will help you strengthen your project ideas, sharpen your funding story, and build confidence in demonstrating meaningful impact.

Together, we'll explore how to move from identifying an issue to designing initiatives that create lasting change for women, girls and gender-diverse people.

What we'll dive into

💜 Good project design – shape your ideas for meaningful and sustainable impact

📍 Defining need and impact – clearly articulate the issues facing women and girls and how your work responds

📊 Collecting data & evidence – practical approaches to gathering meaningful information without overwhelming your team or participants

📏 Outcomes measurement – identify and measure the changes that matter, from safety and wellbeing to participation, leadership and economic empowerment

📝 Acquittal planning – make reporting to funders simple, strategic and effective

📣 Telling your impact story – communicate outcomes in a compelling way that resonates with funders, partners and communities
